RegularExpressionValidator for 'strong' password

Hi,

Please help me to build RegularExpressionValidator for TextBox with
following restriction:
1) length for 8 do 20 characters
2) minimum 2 characters from [a-z]
3) minimum 1 character from [A-Z]
4) minimum 2 digits
5) minimum 1 special character from: !, @, #, $, &, %, (, ), ?, ^, _, -

in any sequence
