appSetting printing on page

I have:
<appSettings>
<add key="LeadTrackSQL" value="User ID=sa;Pwd=password;Initial
Catalog=DCLeadTrack;Data Source=localhost" />
</appSettings>

That value displayed at the top of a page right after I deployed the
site live. The page did not error, the line was just printed at the
top above anything else. I hit refresh and it went away. Has anyone
had this happen!?

This project I had to compile from From Visual Studio 2003 using 1.1
framework down to 1.0... not sure if this has anything to do with the
problem.
