DATATIME PATTERN based on regional optional settings

Hi All

I Need Datetime pattern Based on regional optional setting .
in web application
This iam getting in window application ,It's not getting in web application
Label1.Text = CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.DateTimeFormat.ShortDat ePattern;
In web application it is shwoing this format only Iam getting this output
="M/d/yyyy";
