OSI-Reference for ASP.NET-Application

I recently started my first Tryout/Test-Application in ASP.NET using an
osi-refernce-model written in VB.NET.
I compiled a Core-Application- as DLL and then addes a new referenced
project as ASP-project.

For these Controls then I alled the first project as DLL-Reference.

I this my osi-reference the rigjht way to write an ASP.NET-Applications?
(with alot of osi-reference-referemces) ???

bye Greg
