Good ASP.Net Development Toolkits

Hi,
Can anyone suggest a good ASP.NET development toolkit to buy. I am
wanting something that will include custom controls, data access components
and even page templates. Does such a product exist?

You mean prepacked components or a developer suite? Visual Studio is the
best (imho) for Dev.

Charting, Communications, Calendars, etc etc...
