Go Live is issued after a formal lockdown to the product. What i mean is
that most times you can be certain that you wont need modifications when the
full product is released. As we currently know it. framework 2.0 is in Beta
1 and a lot of things are bound to change. You will get a better prespective
with beta 2.
As it stands now you cannot use it to host other people's code. I think the
EULA will be explicit about this if you read it.
