Putting a live server on the Internet for .NET 2.0

I understand there's a 'No Go Live' license for .NET 2.0.
I was wondering if this means I can't put a server on the Internet for
others to host their beta and test their 2.0 apps on.

Go Live is issued after a formal lockdown to the product. What i mean is
that most times you can be certain that you wont need modifications when the
full product is released. As we currently know it. framework 2.0 is in Beta
1 and a lot of things are bound to change. You will get a better prespective
with beta 2.

As it stands now you cannot use it to host other people's code. I think the
EULA will be explicit about this if you read it.
