webclient not retrieving all bytes

I am having an issue with my webclient not getting the appropriate byte
length from the server. If i browse the website i am trying to get
information from i see a lot of data, however, when i use the webclient, i
am only getting the first 6000 bytes or so. I have been successful with
others sites, just this one in particular is giving problems.

any ideas?
