web.config location enableViewState override bug

Overriding the view state in web.config for various locations never worked
for me before. However, i just tested it on my machine after the 1.1 sp1
framework upgrade and it appears to work now. I didn't see this mentioned in
the SP1 documentation. Did this get fixed, but just wasn't documented?

Sample (enableViewState set to false for whole site):
<location path="Products" allowOverride="false">
<system.web>
<pages enableViewState="true" />
</system.web>
</location>
