I had the same problem, what i did to fix it was since myprojects were a 4 tier application each project was referenceingthe other but the base project i was adding reference to the dllof Proj2 and the dll from Proj 3, but to fix the error i wasgetting instead of adding the dll from Proj 3 for Proj 3 i addedthe dll reference for Proj 3 from the bin folder of Proj 2. that way it didnt try and overwrite the dll when you build withthe two different versions (one from the Proj 2 and one from theProj 3).
