Problem with download function (again)

Hi,
I have a download procedure like this
http://support.microsoft.com/default...en-us%3B812406

I use this option because the files cannot be stored in a public folder in
the webserver and some files are larger than 100 MB, the problem is that
when an user is downloading a file, he cannot keep navigating other pages.

I tried a lot of things, tried threads..... didn't work.......

any sent by God pls help me!!!!

this is a limitation of the IE browser. thats why sites that download big
files (like microsoft), use a client plugin.

I think it is a limitation of ASP.NET.
