----- Hardware?
------------ Processor
At least a Pentium 3 600mhz (But I'm sure .NET will run on slower
machines fine)

------------ Memory
At least 256MB
------------ Storage

The framework is a compressed 23MB download. Any modern hard drive will
do fine.

What are the System Requirements for ASP.NET Web Matrix?

ASP.NET Web Matrix is supported on Windows 2000 (Professional and Server
editions) and Windows XP (Home, Professional) operating systems. You must
have IE 5.5 or greater and the .NET Framework installed.

Isn't Web Matrix's successor Visual Web Developer Express Edition (when it
is released).
