Can I use a CompareValidator for this?

I have an asp:dropdownlist with two listitems: "Yes", and "No"
If the user selects "Yes", they must enter some text in my <asp:textbox>
called txtNotes

Obviously, this is trivial to do on the server side, or with a
CustomValidator, but is it possible with a CompareValidator?
