scriptable editing XP explorer bug

Hi
Not sure ths is the right group but we develop under .NET

There is an article on msdn about scriptable editing
How to Create an HTML Editor Application
It uses explorer's libraries

We upgraded to XP and explorer started to crash on that page
that displays editor

Anybody heard anything???
