Breakpoint Mayhem....

I am working on an ASP.NET application. It resides on a Windows 2003 server
with IIS6. I am a local admin on the server. I am debugging :-) a debugging
problem I am having with a different project. So I setup a new test project.
The IIS resides in the default iis directory. I have full rights. The
thing is that when I set a breakpoint it might hit it 30 percent of the time.
I have to keep rebuilding the project and running it ... Sometimes it will
stop on the breakpoint and sometimes it wont. I have all of the checkboxes
checked the way I am suppose to (I believe). It is very frustrating as I
need it to debug ALL of the time when I need it to do so....

Anyone have any input?

No I don't believe so. I have my I.E. set to get new page every time.

I am at a loss... I can find nothing...
