Footer Control at bottom of the page

Hello,
i wonder if someone could please help me..
i've got a footer control and want to display it at the bottom of the
page. Because it will be the same control used accross all pages i
need to add it programmatically (need to pass different images for
different pages). I know there's something wrong with the code below
as it's floating around the page and doesn't stay put at the bottom!!

Any ideas will be extremely appreciated..
