ASPNET user not setup on new server install

I'm setting up a new IIS server with Win2003 IIS6 and ran the VS.NET 1.1
setup and just selected the Server Components and it didn't add the ASPNET
user or the ASP.NET service. I'm not sure why, has anyone else experienced
this, any ideas for setting this up now?

Thanks,

John
