using Framework1.1 in Web Deloper Studio Express 2005

Hi,
I download the Web Studio 2005 express beta1, the IDE is better than VS.NET
2003 and Web Matrix, but it uses Framework 2.0, which is still not popular
today.

May I use framework 1.1 with this IDE? In IIS, i can register to let IIS use
different version of framework, if the express can support framework 1.1
,that would be very nice.
