running procedure at desktop not iis

I have an asp.net application and I want to execute a command that will
transfer a file to my PDA. The problem is when I run the command on my
asp.net application, it is looking for the PDA on the IIS server not my
local machine...is there a way to execute a command from asp.net application
that will execute on the local machine?
