Application_start

Hi,

I have a quick question. I am trying to figure out how does
"application_start"
fire when we call an application.
I am developing a dot net application and when I set "Default.aspx" as the
start page, how does the web server load this page? where are its parameters
initialized?

Thanks,
Stephen

Per MSDN: Application_OnStart fires before the first session is created.

Reference
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en...asp?frame=true
for more information.

Could you be more specific with what you're looking for with the questions
"How does the web server load this page?" and "Where are its parameters
initialized?" Are you looking for what process does IIS use to process the
page and send it to the client or something else? Which parameters are you
asking about? Parameters in the query string or session/application level
variables?
