CreationDate

I'm using ADO.NET to insert a record into a database. I want to record the
date and time that the record was created. If I was using SQL syntax I
would use the sql function getdate() in the SQL query. When using ADO.Net
I've tried using DateTime. Now but that seems to be the current time of the
client machine, which isn't always accurate. How should I handle this?
