CSS in Visual Studio

I'm about to start learning ASP.net but I wanted to know
if there was an editor (good) in Visual Studio.net that I
could use. Currently I develop ASP pages using
Dreamweaver and I love their editor, and I wanted to know
if VS.net had one that would smooth the transition.

Also, (a loaded question) why should a developer in ASP
start learning ASP.net, how is the transition.
