GetString for .net

Is there an equivalent
String = recordset.GetString(StringFormat, NumRows, ColumnDelimiter,
RowDelimiter, NullExpr)

I think the closest equivalent would be DataSet.WriteXml.

You might want to determine what the original code was trying to accomplish
with GetString. There may be a better way of accomplishing it with .NET.
