ASP.NET -> VB.NET-> DCOM

I have written a VB.net assembly that internally uses VB 6.0 DCOM component and I am getting the output as I expected when I use the VB.net assebly when i try to test it in a VB.NET windows application

But if i try to use the same VB.NET assembly (that internally uses VB 6.0 DCOM component ) using a VB.NET ASP application then it throws the error "QueryInterface for xxx.yyy failed"

Does anyone know what is the cause here

Thank
