Do I need the following lines?
<meta name="GENERATOR content="Microsoft ...">
<meta name="CODE_LANGUAGE" ...>
<meta name="vs_defaultClientScript" ...>
<meta name="vs_targetSchema"
content="http://schemas.microsoft.com/intellisense/ie5">

This are generated every time I create a c# web from

need, no, I dont believe so and IIRC they "go away" in VS2005
