none are very cheap.
try www.sslreview.com perhaps.
I've heard that www.InstantSSL.com was decent, there is also www.freessl.com
but I've never used any of them.

You can go with geotrust - $159
Or you can go with any other certificate like godaddy.com provides for $49

The difference is that IE 5.0 and bellow (and minor versions of Netscape)
will pop up a message with godaddy certificate.
