cannot run .aspx file

can any help me to figure out, what is happening? i cannot run my .aspx

i had properly setup the IIS and .NET framework 1.1

When you have <customErrors mode="Off"/> setting in your web.config, public
users can't see the error message so it is impossible to identify what's
wrong.
