Import System.management(or use WMI) fail with ASP.NET v1.1

hi
I need to use the System.management namespace under a aspx page to read system information. No matter how to import it thru project, or add to reference, or to the aspx import portion, it will fail to load the dll. On the other hand, my window application can import the namespace easily

Is it a security restriction of IIS or any trick I had to do with asp.net? So far I walk thru the internet but no infor or sample (or evem from MS) talking about

Would appreciate if anyone knows how to use the namespace or WMI under ASP.Net
thank you for any advices
Fish.
