Web USer Control and properties

Hi,
The HTML code that makes up parts of the webform is specified in a
template:

<Table>
<tr><td>some text here {fieldvalue}</td></tr>
</table>

I put the method that parses this text and replaces the {fieldvalue} with a
value from the database in a webusercontrol.

The properties such as the htmlcode (see above) and the sourcedataset are
set in the code-behind. This works.

However I want to specify the template in the way the datalist for instance
gets its ItemTemplate. Would be cool.

Does anyone know how to do this?
Greetings,

ROland
