get application url

I have a web page that has a form. When the user submit
the form, I will send him an email. I need to construct a
link on this email.
For example, my form's url is
http://www.my.com/dirA/myform.aspx

Then link I need is:
http://www.my.com/dirB/other.aspx

This is the way I implement this:

string path=Request.Url.Host;
path="http://"+path+"/dirB/other.aspx";

Would you tell me if this is the preferred way? Thanks
