Realtive Addressing?

A.M
Hi,

I am analysing IButSpy portal code and I encountered following method call:
Page.LoadControl("~/DesktopModules/SignIn.ascx")

What does that "~" character mean?

Thank,

Ali

means you can get at the images folder from anywhere using syntax like this:

Image1.ImageUrl = "~/images/thumbs/001.jpg"
