Recommendation for an ASP.NET Forums Application?

I'm looking for an ASP.NET forums application that is a bit more
sophisticated than the forums software available from www.asp.net. This is a
good application but I need more functionality and I haven't currently got
time to provide it. Besides, I'm pretty much tied to VS.NET and that
application does not use codebehind. The forums I need should have all the
features of the aforementioned application plus the ability to assign user
permissions and allow for text formatting and file uploads if possible.
Ideally I would like a copy of the source code suitable for VS.NET. I'm
prepared to pay a modest amount.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?
