Database Connectivity Problem ...

I have two applications, one a windows form app, and one an ASP.NET app that
are both trying to connect to the same SQL Server database.

I have a connection string similiar to:

Data Source=MySQLServer;User ID=SomeUser;Password=SomePassword;Initial

So i'm using sql server authentication and not integrated security. When
running my windows form app, the db connection is made just fine. However,
when running my ASP.NET app, I get a "SQL Server does not exist or access
denied". I figure this is strange right? We are having other strange
connectivity problems with the same server, so i figure the problem is
there. But this scenario still has me puzzled. Any thoughts?
