How i set this resultset size for call oracle package?

I don't know how much the records are! how do i set this resultset
size?

OleDbCommand cmdPerson = new OleDbCommand("{call
PackPerson_JamesTest.allPerson_JamesTest({resultse t 4, ssn, fname,
