parseHtml / ImportHtml

Hi,
I'm newbe for this form. My English isn't perfect sorry.

i must, from HTML file, tage all tag with its property, and put this in a
collection.

the effect must to be when you click with right button under form aspx on
"document structure synchronize".

How can i do it?
