Showing data in DataList

LIN
This is how my data looks like: I get this in a data set

IP Pages
----------------------
1 Page1
1 Page2
1 Page3
1 Page4
2 Page1
2 Page3
3 Page2
3 Page4

I want to display it as

IP Pages
----------------------
1
Page1
Page2
Page3
Page4
2
Page1
Page3
3
Page2
Page4

Can this be done using a datalist? If yes, what would be the best approach?
please advice.

Thank You!

LIN
