Right To Left Cursor

When I press Alt+Shift in a text control, the cursor turns Right-To-Left.
I want it without pressing Alt+Shift, I want to when I click a text control
the cursor automatically turn to Right-To-Left.

Have you looked at the cursor style tag perhaps?
.....style="cursor:'hand';"....

I don't mean that, I'm using controls for a right-to-left language
(Persian), anythin is Right-To-Left, but I don't know how to force a text
control to show cursor Right-To-Left without changing the keyboard layout.
If your works are just in English you won't understand me ;)
Perhaps I've to look for Javascript.
