Accessing Outlook calendar informaiton with ASP.NET

Hi,
whether it's possible to access client's Outlook calendar information
from the ASP.net application?
We want to develop an intranet application in which
1)the user who logs on to the intranet application should be able to access the outlook calendar info that's installed on that particular PC(where the browser is running) and
2)ASP.net application should update the calendar info of the outlook, installed on that PC.

Can anybody pls help me....

Thanks in advance
Srinivas
