Flash .swf in my webform doesn't stop playing...

I have a countdown timer on a webform that doesn't reload, it's like
it's embedded or something...I can change the name of it in html view
and rename the .swf file and it will change that one time, but if you
refresh or leave and come back to that page, it's like it never
stopped???
Any help is appreciated.
