Arrrrgg - can no longer debug on IIS server (5)

Everything was working a couple of days ago. I changed a password on SQL
Server and had to debug to see where in app it was not using new password.
I now get the msg "Unable to start debugging". I have done nothing to that
server since the last debugging bout.

Please help. I have read the page which appears on the Help but nothing on
that page helped.

As an aside a new project with just a button cannot debug.

Hey MS enough of the get out of the car and get back in.

I am sure there is some better explanation and who better to determine this
than VS 2003 when it attempt to debug. Would a meanful message be too much
to ask for??>
