Unload Hosting AppDomain or something...

We are having some recurring problems with some third party services provided by Epson for printing in the .Net Framework. The only resolution we have for the time being is to restart aspnet_wp/IIS (we print to one of the company printers for this internal app). The problem is, the other part of the app is a high availability web service. We are trying to find a way to recycle only the offending application before we isolate it to a box of its own - though this will happen after pilot anyway. The box is an 8 way, so a web garden is feasible, though we don't require it at this point. I don't know that you can set up affinity of an asp.net application to a process - i'm doubting.
