upload program in server

hi I try to upload my program in server .in the server they instal .netframework and make a virtual directory for progra
but when they run in in server is shows the erro
Line 44: by Microsoft that offers a single logon and core profile services for member sites

i change it to authentication mode="None" but again it has this erro
do you know whats the problem
