Easiest is simply add the following to the header (no programming)
<meta http-equiv="expires" content="0">
<meta http-equiv="pragma" content="no_cache">
<meta http-equiv="Cache-control" content="no_cache">
Add to master page if you have one and all pages get the benefit.
