Using VlaidationSummary control

NWx
Hi,

I have a form with few controls, few validation controls and a validation
summary control
I set-up appropriate Messages in Validations controls.

However, if validation fails, I just want to display a * in validation
control (or any other character), and instead display all validation
messages in Validation summary control.

Now, if validation fails, I see validation messages both in each validation
ctrl and in Validation summary

Thank you.

you just need to set the text property of the validation controls to * and
the errormessage property to your validation message
