The 'Location' attribute is not supported by the 'OutPutCache' directive????when i set in the directive

You may need to supply more information. How you are using it etc. Note:-

Location
One of the OutputCacheLocation enumeration values. The default is Any.
CAUTION This attribute is not supported for @ OutputCache directives
included in user controls (.ascx files).
