IbuySpy trouble!

IbuySpy setup program fails to create the store database on
my win3k server running sql server 2000 . Can anyone tell me how i can
accomplish this task manually?

It outlines that Windows Server 2003 is not supported,
but it also lists the manual steps for installation.
