Can SASDK start 2 listen elemnet at the same time

I will finish a project like this:
1) allow a user to read (speech recognition) and highlight the words that are correct
2) When the user can not read the word, TTS will help
3) User can choose to have TTS read the WHOLE essay, and stop whenever the user chooses
For the user may speek a little fast, if we start the next listen element at the onreco event, the delay is too long.
So I want to start 2 listen or more element at the same time, can SASDK suit that ?
