Inadvertent hidden user account

In WinXP Home, I changed the default owner name to my name and added two new users with “control userpasswords2” applet. My name no longer appears in the welcome screen or in the user accounts in the control panel. I can still access the account with Ctrl+Alt+Delet, but now it only has guest privileges. I need to know how to grant this account administrative privileges. Thanks
