Inadvertent hidden user account

In WinXP Home, I changed the default owner name to my name and added two new users with â€œcontrol userpasswords2â€ applet. My name no longer appears in the welcome screen or in the user accounts in the control panel. I can still access the account with Ctrl+Alt+Delet, but now it only has guest privileges. I need to know how to grant this account administrative privileges. Thanks
