IIS HELP!

hello
since yesterday
all of the sudden my IIS server is down and its not coming back up
i have done every thing but seems like it wont start

i tried to Stop/ Refresh/Restart IIS through AdminTool in Control Panel
i tried to Stop/ Refresh/Restart in Services

but local host wont just come up
and every time i am trying to use VS.NET it says IIS is down

the only tool related to IIS is in Admin Tool under control panel right?

is there any thing else that can be done

please dont tell me i have to reinstall VS.NET

becuase that what i did last time

i dont understand it was working fine

all of the sudden it didnt work any more :(

my computer >> manager >> Services >> IIS Admin and WWW publishing or
something like that
look to see if the services are running.
if yes then you can go into IIS MMC and start the default site etc.

You can try the Command-line tool iisreset.exe. Do it with the /? parameter
to find out all the switches.
