cachecontrol

Is there a way to not use the cached page when clicking the browsers back
button?
putting the tag
<meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache">
in the head part does not help
it helps for when I click on a link refering to that page, but not when I
click the back button to return to that page

anybody an idea?
