Implement TreeView

Here is my directoer structure:
treeview1
treeview.aspx
bin
Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls.dll
webctrl_client
1_0
images
treeimages
MultiPage.htc
TabStrip.htc
toolbar.htc
treeview.htc
webservice.htc
webserviced.htc

All I get in the browser is this:
ASP.Net Sites AspAlliance

Here is a text of treeview.aspx:
<%@ Register TagPrefix="mytree" Namespace="Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls"
Assembly="Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls, Version=1.0.2.116, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" %>
<%@ import namespace="Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls" %>
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
<form runat="server">
<mytree:treeview runat="server" id="oTree">
<mytree:treenode text="ASP.Net Sites">
<mytree:treenode text="AspAlliance"
navigateurl="http://www.aspalliance.com" />
</mytree:treenode>
</mytree:treeview>
</form>
</body>
</html>
